How lucky I am to live here

This is the path that leads to the trails across the street from my house. I am so lucky to be able to escape to the woods.

Not only do you have pretty trails, you likely have health care coverage that doesn't nearly bankrupt you for the 4 years after you whip cancer? Southern Ontario is very pretty this time of year.

I actually have a list going on things I am very lucky to have. One of those things is health coverage. The only expense I have had so far is buying one box of gravol, about $150 for my antinausea pills (which was over $700 to cover the full treatment but insurance paid the rest), one blood test ($50 which my insurance paid me back for). When people complain about their taxes I always remind them of the great public education system we have and our amazing health care system.... I don't know how other people do it.
